3 Over view Linksys PL WK400 Thank you for choosing this Linksys P owerline network adapter k it. These adapters provide easy setup and let you connect wired and wireless net work devices to your home network. Y ou need at least two Pow erline adapters to create a P owerline network.

5 Over view Linksys PL WK400 How P ow erline networking works Electrical wiring runs through your home or office , carr ying pow er to electrical outlets in every room. The typical wired Ethernet network uses Ethernet network cables to connect your wired network devices.

Or , if you used a different Po werline adapter to share Internet access, you can install your PLE400 elsewhere in your home .

10 T roubleshooting Linksys PL WK400 6. Click the Wireless Settings tab to change the wireless network name (SSID), wireless security type, or passphrase/key . Settings are applied to the adapter(s) immediately . Close the window to exit the utility .
