BEFORE YOUR FIRST USE Carefully unpack your accessory and remove all packaging material. For accessories with blades, remove the plastic blade covers from the blade assembly . Use caution when removing the plastic covers, the blades are extremely sharp.
MINI FOOD PROCESSOR AND CHOPPER (Model A938) Know Y our Mini Food Processor and Chopper 1) Base 2) Blade Unit and Rubber Seal 3) Container (4 included) 4) Lid for S torage IMPORT ANT SAFEGUARDS For Y our Mini Food Processor and Chopper 1) Never fit the base and blade unit to your machine without the container fitted.
Operating Y our Mini Food Processor and Chopper 1) Put your ingredients into the container (3). Do not fill above the maximum level. 2) Be sure the rubber seal fits tightly in place on the blade unit (2). 3) T urn the blade unit up side down. Lower it into the container with the blades facing downward.
POT A TO PEELER (Model A934: 5-Quart) ( Model A952: 7-Quart) Know Y our Pot ato Peeler 1) Cover 2) Rotating Plate 3) Bowl 1) Switch the stand mixer “off” and remove the mini food processor and chopper from the unit. 2) Containers, Lid and Base: W ash by hand in warm water with mild detergent, and then rinse and dry thoroughly .
3) Put your potatoes or carrots into the bowl. Use no more than: • 1/2 lb. (Model A934) • 1 lb. (Model A952) 4) Snap the cover (1) on and then raise the mixer head. 5) Fit the bowl to the stand mixer by turning it counterclockwise. Figure 1. 6) Lower the mixer head, and insert the metal pin into the plastic hole.
1) Switch the stand mixer “off” and remove the potato peeler from the unit. 2) Remove the bowl by turning it clockwise. 3) Rinse the parts by hand in cold water immediately . Do not place in your dishwasher . Then leave to dry . P AST A MAKER (Model A936) 1) Dough that is too dry or fed too quickly can break your pasta maker .
Assembling Y our Pasta Maker 1) Optional: For easier pasta making, warm the pasta maker p art s in hot water , and then dry thoroughly . 2) Fit the scroll (4) inside the body (5).
6) The first batch will come out curly; the second batch will be more straight. Note: Y ou can reprocess the first batch. 7) When the pasta is long enough, cut the desired length. Figure 4. Know Y our High-Speed Slicer / Shredder (con’t) 1) One side slices cheese, potato, carrot, cabbage, onion, apple, etc. The other side shreds cheese, carrot, potato and other foods of a similar texture.
1) Put the food into the feed tube. Note: Do not cut food too small. Pack the feed tube tightly . This prevents food from slipping sideways during processing. Do not place fingers in feed tube. 2) Switch the stand mixer “on” to “min” speed (or speed 1 for cheese).

JUICE EXTRACTOR (Model A935) IMPORT ANT SAFEGUARDS For Y our Juice Extractor 1) S tomper 2) Feed T ube 3) Lid 4) Pulp Shield 5) Grater Plate 1) Never put your fingers in the feed tube. Use the stomper . 2) Fit the clip over the lid before switching “on” the stand mixer .
1) Position the bowl onto the stand mixer by aligning the tabs with the grooves in the base (10). 2) Insert the strainer by aligning the tabs. 3) Using the top of the stomper , screw the grater plate on counterclock- wise. 4) Fit the lid, and then swing the clip up and click it shut.
CITRUS JUICER (Model A995) Operating Y our Citrus Juicer 1) Remove the citrus juicer outlet cover . Use the end tip of the juicing cone to unscrew the outlet plug. Figure 1. 2) Screw the connector (with washer) into outlet. Figure 2. Lower the bowl onto the connector by turning it clockwise until it drops into place.
PROFESSIONAL-QUALITY FOOD GRINDER (Model A950) Care and Cleaning for Y our Citrus Juicer 1) W ash parts by hand with mild detergent and warm water , and then rinse and dry thoroughly . 4) Insert the juicing cone by turning it until it drops. 5) Cut the fruit in half, Then switch the stand mixer “on” to speed 4 and press the fruit onto the cone.
4) Loosely fit the ring nut (2). Assembling Y our Food Grinder Figure 1 1) Fit the scroll (5) inside the grinder body (6). Then carefully fit the blade (4), with the cutting side on the outermost part. Figure 1. Be sure that the blade is fitted properly , otherwise it could damage the grinder .
Operating Y our Food Grinder Figure 3 1) Pull the catch and remove the low-speed outlet cover from the stand mixer . Figure 3. 2) Hold the catch back and insert the grinder . T urn it from side-to- side until it locks into place. 3) T ighten the ring nut manually .
Care and Cleaning for Y our Food Grinder 1) Loosen the ring nut manually or with the spanner and dismantle. 2) W ash all of the parts in warm water with mild detergent, and then rinse and dry thoroughly . Do not place the part s in your dishwasher . 3) Reassemble the parts.
Assembling Y our Grain Mill 1) Insert the scroll (3) into the grain mill body (2). Add the milling ring (4). 2) Place the milling cone (5) in position. And then add the adjusting control (6), ensuring that the slot fits into the groove at the bottom of the grain mill body .
Operating Y our Grain Mill 3) Place the ring nut (7) in position and tighten. Then place the hopper (1) in position. 4) The assembly and location of your attachment onto the mixer is easier if the fine setting has been selected on the grain mill. 5) Remove the low-speed outlet cover from the stand mixer by pulling the locking catch to the side.
1) Remove the grain mill from the low-speed outlet and dismantle. 2) The metal components can be cleaned with a dry , coarse brush and the remaining parts can be washed by hand in warm water with mild detergent, and then rinsed and dried thoroughly .
1.2-LITER (40-OUNCE) GLASS BLENDER (Model A994) 1) Never fit the base and blade unit to your machine without the glass container . 2) Never unscrew the glass container while it is on the machine. 3) Do no touch the sharp blades. Keep the blade unit away from children.

Processing Dry Ingredients (Ex. chopping nuts, cheese, carrots, p arsley , etc.) 1) Remove the filler cap from the lid and cut the food into pieces to drop through the hole. 2) Switch the stand mixer to “maximum” speed and drop food onto the revolving blades.
Care and Cleaning for Y our Blender 1) Always dismantle the blender from the stand mixer before cleaning. 2) Empty the glass container of its contents before unscrewing the base. 3) Blade Unit : Remove and wash the sealing ring by hand with warm water and mild detergent.
SPLASH GUARD (Model 31227) Allows you to easily add ingredients. Assembling Y our Splash Guard 1) T urn the head-lift lever on your stand mixer counterclockwise and the mixer head will pop up. Raise the mixer head until it locks into place. 2) Fit the splash guard onto the attachment outlet of your stand mixer by firmly pushing up.
Care and Cleaning for Y our Splash Guard 1) W ash by hand with warm water and mild deter- gent, and then rinse and dry thoroughly . 6) T o remove the splash guard, raise the mixer head according to direction 1. Once the mixer head has been raised and is locked into place, slide the splash guard down.

REMARQUE : Avant d’utiliser un accessoire, branchez le batteur sur socle à une prise fournissant uniquement un courant alternatif de 120 V/60 Hz, puis allumez-le conformément aux instructions du mode d’emploi de votre batteur sur socle.

Suggestions pour votre mini robot de cuisine et hachoir : 1) Il vaut mieux préparer les herbes lorsqu’elles sont propres et sèches. 2) Ajoutez toujours un peu de liquide lorsque vous mélangez des ingrédients cuits pour préparer des aliments pour bébé.
V otre éplucheuse de pommes de terre 1 3 1) Installez la plaque rotative (2) dans le bol (3). 2) Ajoutez de l’eau froide pour recouvrir uniquement la plaque.
Suggestions pour l’éplucheuse de pommes de terre: 1) Utilisez des légumes de taille uniforme. 2) Découpez les gros légumes en morceaux plus petits. 3) Les pommes de terre nouvelles s’épluchent plus rapidement que les autres pommes de terre. 4) N’épluchez pas trop : la plupart des éléments nutritifs se trouvent juste sous la peau.
1) Une pâte trop sèche ou poussée trop rapidement peut endommager votre machine à pâtes. Suivez la recette de votre pâte. 2) Utilisez uniquement la poignée de la clé (1) pour enfoncer la pâte dans le tube de remplissage. Ne poussez pas trop fort.
Utilisation de la machine à pâtes 1) Préparez une pâte conformément aux instructions de votre recette. 2) Retirez le couvercle de l’orifice à petite vitesse en faisant coulisser la fermeture puis tirez. Figure 2 . 3) Retenez la fermeture et insérez la machine à pâtes, avec le tube de remplissage vers vous.
Figure 3 Figure 4 Entretien et nettoyage de la machine à pâtes 1) Éteignez le batteur sur socle et retirez la machine à pâtes de l’appareil. 2) Desserrez à la main ou avec la clé l’écrou à œillet puis démontez l’ensemble. Figure 5 . 3) Utilisez l’outil de nettoyage (8) pour retirer toute la pâte.
1) Ne mettez jamais les doigts dans le tube de remplissage. 2) Ne retirez jamais le couvercle avant que le disque se soit complètement arrêté. 3) Manipulez les disques avec prudence, ils sont extrêmement tranchants. 4) Faites toujours fonctionner l’appareil une vitesse lente.
V otre trancheuse/déchiqueteuse à grande vitesse Disques de tranchage et de déchiquetage fin et grossier à double face : Figure 1 et 2 1) Une face permet de trancher les fromages, les pommes de terre, les carottes, les choux, les oignons, les pommes, etc.
Utilisation de la trancheuse/déchiqueteuse à grande vitesse 1) Placez l’aliment dans le tube de remplissage. Remarque : Ne découpez pas les aliments en morceaux trop petits. Remplissez bien le tube de remplissage. Cela empêche l’aliment de glisser sur le côté pendant la procédure.
4) Remarque : Certains aliments, comme les carottes, peuvent tacher le plastique. Pour retirer les taches, frottez le plastique avec un chiffon imbibé d’huile végétale.
Utilisation de la broyeuse pour fruits et légumes T amis grossier : 1) Placez le côté rugueux vers le haut pour retirer les fibres de légumes cuits (ex. : rhubarbe et épinards) et pour préparer des purées de fruits et de légumes (ex. : banane et pomme de terre) 2) Placez le côté lisse vers le haut pour passer des fruits cuits (ex.
Réglage de la hauteur de la palette 1) Débranchez le batteur sur socle et soulevez la tête du batteur . 2) Insérez la palette. T enez la palette et desserrez l’écrou. 3) Abaissez la tête du batteur . Réglez la hauteur en faisant tourner la palette.

Préparation des aliments pour la centrifugeuse 1) Retirez les noyaux (ex. : prunes, pêches et cerises). 2) Retirez les peaux coriaces (ex. : melons, ananas, concombres, pommes de terre). 3) Il suffit simplement de laver les autres aliments et ceux à peau tendre (ex.
PRESSE-AGRUMES (Modèle A995) Utilisez le presse-agrume pour extraire le jus d’agrumes (ex. : oranges, citrons, citrons verts, etc.). 4) Coupez le fruit en deux moitiés, puis allumez le batteur sur socle à la vitesse 4 et appuyez le fruit sur le cône. 5) L ’adaptateur peut se serrer pendant l’utilisation. Pour le desserrer , réinstallez le bol puis tournez-le dans le sens inverse d’une montre.

Utilisation de la broyeuse à aliments 1) T irez la fermeture et retirez le capuchon de l’orifice à petite vitesse du batteur sur socle. Figure 3 . 2) Retenez la fermeture et insérez le hachoir . T ournez-le d’un côté à l’autre jusqu’à ce qu’il se verrouille en position.
Entretien et nettoyage de la broyeuse à aliments 1) Desserrez l’écrou à œillet à la main ou avec la clé et démontez. 2) Lavez toutes les pièces à l’eau tiède et au détergent doux, puis rincez-les et séchez-les bien. Ne mettez pas les pièces au lave-vaisselle.
Montage du moulin à grains 1) Insérez le rouleau dans le boîtier du moulin à grains. Ajoutez la bague de broyage. 2) Mettez en place le cône de broyage, puis ajoutez la commande de réglage, en veillant à ce que la fente tienne dans la rainure au fond du boîtier du moulin à grains.
4) Le montage et le positionnement de votre accessoire sur le batteur sont plus faciles si le réglage fin a été sélectionné sur le moulin à grains. 5) Mettez en place le cône de broyage, puis ajoutez la commande de réglage, en veillant à ce que la fente tienne dans la rainure au fond du boîtier du moulin à grains.
Entretien et nettoyage du moulin à grains Utilisation du moulin à grains (suite) 4) Si la commande devient difficile à tourner pendant le réglage de fin à grossier , le devant du bouton indicateur devrait être enfoncé tout en continuant de tourner la commande pour un positionnement plus précis.
4) Utilisez uniquement avec le contenant en verre, le bloc à lames et la base fournis. 5) Ne mélangez jamais de liquides très chauds. Si le couvercle n’est pas correctement installé et se défait, vous pourriez être éclaboussé. 6) Débranchez toujours la machine avant de mettre les mains ou des ustensiles dans le contenant en verre.
