www.desatech.com 112462-01C 11 Minimum Clearances For Side Combustible Material, Side Wall, and Ceiling A. Clearances from the side of the fireplace cabi- net to any combustible material and wall should follow diagram in Figure 6. Example: The face of a mantel, bookshelf, etc.
www.desatech.com 112462-01C 12 3. Install gas piping to fireplace location. This installation includes an approved flexible gas line (if allowed by local codes) after the equip- ment shutof f valve. The flexible gas line must be the last item installed on the gas piping.

Plug fan kit into 120-V olt grounded power supply and test op- eration. Note: When switch is in the AUT O position, the fan will start after the fireplace has run for a few moments.
