The following are specific requirements for proper and safe operation of your dr yer . Failure to follow these instructions can create excessive drying times and fire hazards. 1. Do not use plastic flexible duct to exhaust the dr yer . Excessive lint can build up inside exhaust system and create a fire hazard and restrict air flow .
1. Only rigid metal duct work should be used. 2. V enting vertically through a roof may expose the exhaust system to down drafts causing an increase in vent restriction. 3. Running the exhaust system through an uninsulated area may cause condensation and faster accumulation of lint.

English 12 1. Dr yer MUST be exhausted outside (outdoors, not beneath the manufactured home) using metal ducting that will not support combustion. Metal ducting must be 4 inch (10.16 cm) in diameter with no obstructions. Rigid metal duct is preferred.
English 1. For your safety , please unplug the power cord before changing the drum light. 2. Open the dr yer door , find the location of the drum light. Using a phillip head screw driver remove the light cover (as shown below). 3. Remove the bulb by turning it counterclockwise.

English 3-Wire System (US models only) 1. Remove the screws securing the terminal block access cover and the strain relief mounting bracket located on the back of the dr yer’ s upper corner . 2. Install a U.L. approved strain relief into the power cord entr y hole of the mounting bracket.
English 4-Wire Cord Connections (US Models Only) 1. Remove the screws securing the terminal block access cover and the strain relief mounting bracket located on the back of the dr yer upper corner . 2. Install a UL approved strain relief into the power cord entr y hole of the mounting bracket .
4. Thread a U.L. approved 30 Amp power cord. NEMA 14-30 type ST or SRDT through the strain relief. 5. Attach the green power cord ground wire to the cabinet with green ground screw . 6. Attach the green wire conductors from the dr yer and white (neutral) power cord conductors to the brass-colored center ter minal on the ter minal block.
A) Connect female 3/8” NPT elbow to gas inlet on dr yer . Then connect 3/8” flare union adapter to female elbow . IMPORT ANT : T o prevent the inlet from twisting, please use a pipe wrench to secure the dr yer gas inlet. Affix T eflon ® tape or pipe compound to adapter and gas inlet.

Understanding the Control Panel HDE/HDG5300A W , CHDE5300A W TOUCH SENSITIVE CONTROL P ANEL Power On/Off Pad: (1) • T ouch the pad to power dr yer on. T o power off, touch the pad for 2 seconds. Start/Pause Pad: (2) • T ouch the pad to turn the dr yer ON.
English Dry Level Pad: (4) • Used to set dr ying level of auto-programs. If manual dr y is selected, touching the pad will cause two beeps to sound. There are 5 selections: V er y , More, Normal, Less, Damp. First select sensor dr y cycle then adjust the dr y level to how much you want to dr y the load.
English Custom Program: (12) • This allows you to save a favorite cycle,set the desired settings and touch “Custom Program”pad for 3 seconds. A beep will sound to indicate the cycle has been saved. T o recall your custom cycle ,touch the “Custom Program”pad before dr ying a load.
English Start/Pause Button: (3) • Press the button to turn the dr yer ON. Press this button once to star t the dr y process. Press this button once again to pause the activity during the dr y cycle. Dry Levels: (4) • Used to set dr ying levels of auto programs.
English Custom Program: (11) • This allows you to save a favorite cycle,set the desired settings and press “Custom Program”button for 3 seconds. A beep will sound to indicate the cycle has been saved. T o recall your custom cycle ,press the “Custom Program”button before dr ying a load.
• Sort clothes of the same kind (cotton, synthetics, woolen) to dr y . • Dark and light colored clothes should be separately dried. Fabrics prone to losing lint and those prone to adhering lint should be separately dried. Clothes prone to falling lint should be turned inside out before putting into the dr yer .
English 26 • The appropriate load should be 1/3 ~ 1/2 of the drum volume. The drum capaicity is 7.5 Cubic Foot. A void too much load, as space is needed to allow clothes free rotation for uniform and wrinkle-proof dr ying.

T ouch the Power On/Off pad • The computer board will beep once and the dr yer will change from off status to the initial operating status (NORMAL program). • If the “Start/Pause” pad is not touched in 5 min after powering on, it automatically cuts off power and returns to off status.
English 7. T ouch “Anti Bacterial” pad. • This function can be selected only in cer tain cycles. Here the heat temp is raised to the highest dr y level. This option can only be used with heavy , bulky items, white and nor mal cycle. NOTE: Can not use on delicate fabrics 8.
HDE/HDG 5000A W , CHDE5000A W 1. Press the power On/Off button to power on the dr yer . 2. Set the cycle select dial to required auto dr y cycle. The signal, temperature, and dr y levels are preprogrammed. T o change this setting: • Press the “Dr y Level” button to select suitable dr ying level after powering on the dr yer .
HDE/HDG 5300A W , CHDE5300A W 1. T ouch power On pad to power on. 2. T ouch “Manual Dr y Cycles” pad and select Timed Dr y cycle, Speed Dr y or T ouch Up cycles. 3. T ouch “More Time” and “Less Time” pads to set a suitable time. • After setting you can press either of these two pads to increase or decrease dr ying time as you desire.
HDE/HDG 5000A W , CHDE5000A W 1. Press power ON button to power on. The control panel will beep once and the dr yer will change from “OFF” to the operating status. If Star t/Pause button is not pressed in five minutes after powering on, the dr yer will automatically return to OFF status.
HDE/HDG 5000A W , CHDE5000A W 1. Press power On button to power on. 2. T urn the cycle dial to Manual Dr y cycle and select Rack Dr y . 3. Press “T emperature” button to select suitable temperature. 4. Press “More Time” and “Less Time” buttons to set a suitable time.
The following sounds are normal during the operation of the dr yer . • T umbling sound: this is normal as the heavy wet clothes in the dr yer are continuously being tossed around. • Air rushing noise: this happens as the dr yer drum spins at ver y high RPM and the air is rushing through the dr yer drum.
Dryer does not operate: • Check if unit is plugged in. The plug may have come loose. • Check if the electrical wall receptacle is of proper voltage. • Check if the circuit breaker needs to be reset, or if the fuse needs to be replaced. • Check if the unit is in the “off” mode.

1. L ’évacuation d’air de la sécheuse DOIT se faire à l’extérieur de la maison (à l’extérieur et non pas au-dessous de la maison mobile) à l’aide de conduit en métal non inflammable, à l’épreuve du feu. Les conduits en métal doivent avoir 10,16 cm (4 pouces) de diamètre sans obstructions.

15 Francais SÉCHEUSE AU GAZ (HDG5000A W ET HDG5300A W) 1. Les sécheuses au gaz sont pour vues d’une fiche mise à la terre à trois broches de 15 A ~120 volts (mise à la terre) installée en usin.
16 (HDE5000A W ET HDE5300A W) Systèmes à 4 fils (modèles vendus aux É-U seulement) 1. Retirez les vis qui retiennent le couvercle du panneau de branchement ainsi que le support de montage du détendeur situés dans le coin supérieur à l’arrière de la sécheuse.
17 A vertissement: Ne pas plier excessivement ni sertir les conducteurs sur les bornes. 8. Serrez solidement les vis qui retiennent le dispositif de retenue du cordon autour du cordon d’alimentation. 9. Serrez solidement l’écrou du détendeur , de sor te que ce dernier ne bouge plus.
18 BRANCHEMENT DE LA SÉCHEUSE À LA CONDUITE D’ALIMENT A TION EN GAZ Francais A) Branchez l’embout femelle du coude de 3/8 po à raccord fileté NPT à l’orifice d’admission des gaz de la sécheuse. Puis, branchez un raccord union évasé de 3/8 po au coude femelle.
19 INSTRUCTIONS D’UTILISA TION Francais Afin de réduire les risques d’incendie, de choc électrique ou de blessures, lisez les CONSIGNES DE SÉCURITÉ IMPORT ANTES avant d’utiliser cet appareil.
20 Francais T ouche Dr y Level (Niveau de séchage): (4) • Utilisé pour régler le niveau de séchage des programmes automatiques. Lorsque le séchage manuel est choisi, deux bips se font entendre lorsqu’on appuie sur cette touche. 5 sélections sont offer tes : V ery (Beaucoup), More (Plus), Normal, Less (Moins), Damp (Humide).
21 Francais Custom Program (Programme personnalisé) : (12) • Cette fonction vous permet d’enregistrer un cycle préféré. Il suffit de choisir les réglages et de toucher au bouton Custom Program (Programme personnalisé) pendant 3 secondes. Un bip confirmera que le cycle a été enregistré.
22 Francais Bouton de mise en marche/arrêt: (3) • Appuyez sur le bouton pour mettre la sécheuse en marche. Appuyez une fois sur ce bouton pour commencer le séchage. Appuyez à nouveau au bouton pour arrêter l’appareil pendant le cycle de séchage.
23 Francais Custom Program (Programme personnalisé) : (11) • Cette fonction vous permet d’enregistrer un cycle préféré. Il suffit de choisir les réglages et de toucher au bouton Custom Program (Programme personnalisé) pendant 3 secondes. Un bip confirmera que le cycle a été enregistré.
24 Francais PRÉP ARA TIONS A V ANT LE SÉCHAGE • Rassemblez les vêtements ayant la même sor te de tissu (coton, synthétiques et laine) pour le séchage.
25 Francais CHARGEMENT DES VÊTEMENTS DANS LA SÉCHEUSE • La charge appropriée devrait représenter environ 1/3 à 1/2 du volume du tambour . La capacité du tambour est de 7,5 pieds cubes.

Les bruits suivants sont normalement entendus pendant que la sécheuse fonctionne : • Bruits de culbutage : c’est un bruit normal car les vêtements mouillés et lourds sont continuellement secoués dans la sécheuse.
La sécheuse ne fonctionne pas : • V érifiez si l’appareil est bien branché. Il est possible que la prise soit lâche. • V érifiez si la prise murale est de la tension appropriée. • V érifiez si le fusible doit être réarmé ou remplacé.
