6. Inser t two Carriage Bolts (par t #7) through the aligned mounting holes of the Bottom Long Brace (par t #2) and two Legs (par t #4). Attach the Spr ing Washers (par t #9), and Nuts (par t #8) to the Carriage Bolts and loosely tighten.
