• Lees eerst de gebruiksaanwijzing aandachtig en geheel door voordat u de weegschaal gaat gebruik en en bewaar deze zorgvuldig voor latere raadpleging.

Alleen gewicht wegen • Om alleen uw gewicht te wegen, drukt u met uw voet kort op het weegoppervlak van de weegschaal. Als zelftest verschijnt de volledige displayweergave (afb. 1) tot ”0.0” wordt weergegeven (afb. 2). • Nu is de weegschaal gereed voor het wegen van uw gewicht.
Meting uitvoeren Nadat u uw persoonlijke gegevens heeft ingevoerd, kunnen gewicht, lichaamsvet en de andere waarden worden berekend. • Schakel de weegschaal in door kort met uw voet op het weegplateau van de weegschaal te drukken.
Tijdelijk e samenhang van de resultaten Let op dat alleen de langdurige trend telt. K ort durende gewichtsafwijkingen binnen een paar dagen zijn meestal het gevolg van vochttekort.

Nur Gewicht messen • T ippen Sie mit dem Fuß schnell und kräftig auf die T rittfläche Ihrer Waage. Es erscheint als Selbsttest die komplette Displayanzeige (Abb. 1) bis „0.0“ angezeigt wird (Abb. 2. • Nun ist die W aage zum Messen Ihres Gewichtes bereit.
Messung durchführen Die W aage verfügt über 10 Grunddaten-Speicherplätze, auf denen der Anwender , z.B. jedes F amilienmitglied, die persönlichen Einstellungen abspeichern und wieder abrufen kann. Nachdem alle P arameter eingegeben wurden, können nun Gewicht, Körperfett, und die weiteren W erte ermittelt werden.
Zeitlicher Zusammenhang der Ergebnisse Beachten Sie dass nur der langfristige T rend zählt. Kurzfristige Gewichtsabweichungen innerhalb von wenigen T agen sind zumeist lediglich durch Flüssigkeitsverlust bedingt.
