9 Software Installation Software Installation Inser t the dr iver CD into an a vailable CD drive on y our computer . Select the language you w ould like to use f or the installation and click OK. 1. The InstallShield Wizard f or the BlueSoleil software will appear .
10 Software Installation If you ag ree to the ter ms of the license agreement clic k Y es to contin ue. 3. Click Bro wse if you would lik e to change the director y that the Bluetooth software is installed to . Click Ne xt when you are ready to continue.
11 After the BlueSoleil software has completely loaded, you will need to restar t to begin using it. The installer will restar t your computer automatically when you clic k Finish unless you ask it not to .
12 Hard ware Installation After restar ting you will be presented with the main BlueSoleil window . At the bottom of the window will be a message asking you to insert a Bluetooth de vice. Inser t the Bluetooth adapter into an av ailable USB por t on your computer no w .
13 When the drivers ha ve completely loaded, the BlueSoleil software will ask you f or the name and type of your computer so that other Bluetooth de vices can correctly identify it.
14 Installing the Bluetooth Mouse T o set up y our Bluetooth mouse, fl ip the power s witch to on and br iefl y press the button to mak e the mouse temporarily discov erable . Then click the orange orb in the center of y our Bluetooth window representing y our computer .
15 Double-clic k on the mouse to discov er what Bluetooth f eatures it suppor ts. Y ou will see the Bluetooth Human Interf ace Device (HID) icon light up at the top of the BlueSoleil window . 3. Click once on the HID icon (the mouse with the bo x around it) to connect to your mouse .

17 Disabling Blutooth Mouse If you w ould like to stop the mouse from automatically connecting when it is turned on, you will need to “unplug” it. Y ou can do this b y pulling down the T ools men u, selecting Confi gurations and then Unplug HID .
18 Installing a Windows Mobile Bluetooth PD A F or a Windows Mobile PD A, you will need to hav e ActiveSync software installed on your computer . See your PD A’ s documentation for help installing ActiveSync. When installation is complete, clic k the orange orb in the center of your Bluetooth windo w to search f or the PD A.
19 When you can see the PD A in your Bluetooth window , the PDA is set up properly . Next fi nd out which serial por t (COM por t) the PD A will be connecting to by pulling do wn the My Ser vices menu and selecting Proper ties. 2. Find and click on the Serial P or t A tab in the proper ties window .
20 Select the COM por t number that matches the one f ound ear lier , and click OK to sa ve the changes . Y ou can close the ActiveSync windo w when fi nished.
21 In the Bluetooth window , r ight click on the PD A and select P air De vice. 6. Enter a passke y which will be used to protect all communication between the computer and PD A, then click OK. The PD A should then ask if you w ould like to allo w the connection.
22 When you w ould like to synchronize your PD A with your computer , simply open Activ eSync on the PDA and clic k Menu, then Connect via Bluetooth. The fi rst time y ou connect via the Bluetooth Serial P or t you ma y need to authorize the connection.
23 Installing a Nokia PD A Phone The Nokia PC Suite software is necessar y to synchronize a Nokia PD A/Phone with your computer using Bluetooth. Please contact Nokia if you do not hav e this software. 1. During the PC Suite install process, simply select Bluetooth connection when asked ho w you will be connecting the phone to your computer .
24 PC Suite will automatically use your Bluetooth adapter to fi nd and pair with your Nokia de vice. 3. Installing a Nokia PD A Phone.
25 T o connect to a GPS de vice, make sure the de vice is in discov erable mode (if necessar y) and click the orange orb to search f or nearby Bluetooth de vices. If the device cannot be f ound, refer to y our GPS documentation f or instr uctions on making it discov erab le.
26 Installing a Bluetooth GPS Double-clic k on the GPS icon to discov er what ser vices are offered by the de vice. The icon f or Bluetooth Serial P or t should light up. Click this icon to connect to the GPS. 3. A window will appear , showing which COM por t number has been assigned to the GPS.
27 T o connect to a Bluetooth headset, fi rst mak e sure the headset has been set to discov erab le mode. Refer to your headset documentation f or instructions on how to do this. Then click the or ange orb at the center of the Bluetooth window to search f or the headset.
28 Double-clic k the headset icon to discov er the ser vices it offers . The Headset ser vice should light up at the top of the window . Click the Headset ser vice icon (in the bo x) to connect to the headset. The headset should ring as if you were receiving an incoming call.

9 Installation du logiciel Installation du logiciel Insérez le CD pilote dans une unité CD disponible de v otre ordinateur . Sélec- tionnez la langue vous v oulez utiliser pour l’installation puis cliquez sur OK. 1. L ’Assistant InstallShield pour le logiciel BlueSoleil s’affi che.
10 Installation du logiciel Si vous acceptez les termes de l’accord de licence cliquez sur Y es pour continuer . 3. Cliquez sur Browse si v ous voulez changer le réper toire d’installation du logiciel Bluetooth. Cliquez sur Next lorsque vous êtes prêt à contin uer .
11 Une f ois que le logiciel BlueSoleil a fi ni de se charger , vous de vez redémarrer l’ordinateur pour pouvoir commencer à l’utiliser . Le programme d’installation redémarre votre ordinateur automatiquement lorsque vous cliquez sur Finish à moins que vous ne lui demandiez de ne pas le f aire.
12 Installation du matériel Après le redémarrage, v ous verrez s’affi cher la fenêtre principale de BlueSoleil. Sur le bas de la fenêtre vous v errez s’affi cher un message vous demandant d’insérer un périphér ique Bluetooth. Insérez maintenant l’adaptateur Bluetooth dans un por t USB disponible sur v otre ordinateur .
13 Une f ois que les pilotes sont complètement chargés, le logiciel BlueSoleil vous demande le nom et le type de votre ordinateur afi n que les autres périphér iques Bluetooth soient en mesure de l’identifi er correctement. Appuyez sur OK lorsque v ous avez fi ni de saisir ces inf or mations.
14 Installation de la souris Bluetooth P our installer votre souris Bluetooth, f aites passer l’interr upteur d’alimentation en position marche et appuyez brièvement sur le bouton pour mettre temporairement la souris en mode découverte. Puis cliquez sur le rond orange au centre de la f enêtre Bluetooth représentant votre ordinateur .
15 Double-cliquez sur la souris pour décou- vrir les fonctions Bluetooth qu’elle prend en charge. V ous verrez l’icône HID (Human Interf ace Device : Périphér ique d’interf ace humaine) s’allumer dans le haut de la f enêtre BlueSoleil. 3.

17 Désactivation de la souris Bluetooth Si vous v oulez empêcher la sour is de se connecter automatiquement lorsqu’elle est allumée, v ous dev ez la « débrancher ». P our ce faire , déroulez le menu T ools, sélectionnez Confi gurations puis Unplug HID .
18 Installation d’un PD A Bluetooth Windows Mobile P our un PDA Windows Mobile, v ous de vez a voir le logiciel Activ eSync installé sur votre ordinateur . P our de l’aide quant à l’installation d’ActiveSync , veuillez vous reporter à la documentation de votre PD A.
19 Lorsque vous pouv ez voir le PD A dans votre f enêtre Bluetooth, cela signifi e qu’il est confi guré correctement. Cherchez ensuite quel est le por t sér ie (por t COM) auquel le PD A se connectera en déroulant le menu My Services et en sélectionnant Proper ties.
20 Sélectionnez le numéro de por t COM qui correspond à celui que vous a vez trouvé plus haut, puis cliquez sur OK pour enregistrer les modifi cations. V ous pouvez ref er mer la fenêtre Activ eSync une f ois que vous a vez terminé. 5. Ouvrez la f enêtre ActiveSync et sélectionnez Connection Settings dans le menu File.
21 Dans la f enêtre Bluetooth, faites un clic droit sur le PD A et sélectionnez P air De vice. 6. Entrez la clé de passe qui sera utilisée pour protéger toutes les communications entre l’ordinateur et le PD A, puis cliquez sur OK. Le PD A devrait alors v ous demander si vous souhaitez autoriser la conne xion.
22 Lorsque vous v oulez synchroniser votre PD A av ec votre ordinateur , il vous suffi t d’ouvrir ActiveSync sur le PD A et de cliquer sur Menu, puis sur Connect via Bluetooth. La première fois que v ous vous connectez par le biais du port sér ie Bluetooth, il se peut que vous de viez autoriser la connexion.
23 Installation d’un téléphone ou d’un PD A Nokia Le logiciel Nokia PC Suite est nécessaire pour pouvoir synchroniser un PD A ou un téléphone Nokia av ec votre ordinateur par le biais de Bluetooth. V euillez prendre contact avec Nokia si vous ne disposez pas de ce logiciel.
24 Installation d’un téléphone ou d’un PD A Nokia PC Suite utilisera automatiquement v otre adaptateur Bluetooth pour rechercher et se jumeler av ec votre périphér ique Nokia.
25 P our vous connecter à un périphér ique GPS, assurez-v ous que le pér iphér ique est bien en mode découverte (si nécessaire) et cliquez sur le rond orange pour v ous connecter aux périphér iques Bluetooth qui se trouvent à pro ximité.
26 Installation d’un GPS Bluetooth Double-cliquez sur l’icône GPS pour découvrir les ser vices qui sont offer ts par le périphér ique. L ’icône du por t sér ie Bluetooth de vrait s’allumer . Cliquez sur cette icône pour vous connecter au GPS .
27 P our établir la conne xion av ec des écouteurs Bluetooth, assurez-vous d’abord que les écouteurs ont bien été placés en mode découverte. P our les instructions correspondantes, veuillez vous reporter à la documentation de vos écouteurs .
28 Double-cliquez sur l’icône des écouteurs pour découvrir les ser vices qu’ils offrent. Les ser vices Ecouteurs de vraient s’allumer dans le haut de la f enêtre. Cliquez sur l’icône du ser vice Ecouteurs (dans la boîte) pour vous connecter aux écouteurs.

10 Instalación del software Si está de acuerdo con los términos del contrato de licencia, haga clic en Y es (Sí) para continuar . 3. Haga clic en Bro wse (Buscar) si desea cambiar el directorio en el que se va a instalar el software Bluetooth. Haga clic en Next (Siguiente) cuando esté preparado para continuar .
11 Instalación del software Una vez fi nalizada la instalación del software BlueSoleil, cuando el software BlueSoleil se ha ya cargado completamente, deberá reiniciar el equipo para comenzar a utilizarlo . El instalador reiniciará el equipo automáticamente cuando haga clic en Finish (Finalizar) a menos que le indique lo contrario .
12 Instalación del hard ware Después de reiniciar el equipo , aparecerá la ventana principal de BlueSoleil. En la par te inferior de la v entana aparecerá un mensaje solicitándole que inser te un dispositivo Bluetooth. Inser te ahora el adaptador Bluetooth en un puer to USB disponible del equipo .
13 Instalación del hard ware Cuando los controladores se ha yan cargado completamente, el softw are BlueSoleil le preguntará el nombre y tipo de su PC para que otros dispositiv os Bluetooth puedan identifi carlo correctamente. Presione OK (Aceptar) cuando ha ya terminado de especifi car esta inf or mación.
14 Instalar el ratón Bluetooth P ara instalar el ratón Bluetooth, coloque el interruptor de alimentación en la posición de encendido y presione bre vemente el botón para que el ratón se haga visib le y pueda ser detectado temporalmente.
15 Instalar el ratón Bluetooth Haga doble clic en el r atón para descubrir las funciones Bluetooth que admite. El icono Dispositivo de interf az humana (DIH) Bluetooth se iluminará en la par te superior de la ventana BlueSoleil. 3. Haga clic una v ez en el icono DIH (el ratón rodeado por un recuadro) para conectar el ratón.
16 Deshabilitar el ratón Bluetooth Si no desea que el ratón se conecte automáticamente cuando se encienda, deberá “desconectar lo o desenchuf ar lo”. P ara ello , en el menú T ools (Herramientas), seleccione Confi gurations (Confi guración) y , a continuación, Unplug HID (Desconectar DIH).
17 Instalar dispositiv o PD A Bluetooth con Windows Mobile Si desea utilizar una unidad PD A para Windows Mobile , es necesar io que tenga instalado el software Activ eSync en su PC. Consulte la documentación de la unidad PD A para obtener a yuda sobre cómo instalar ActiveSync.

21 Instalar dispositiv o PD A Bluetooth con Windows Mobile Cuando desee sincronizar la unidad PD A con el equipo , simplemente tiene que abrir ActiveSync en aquélla, hacer clic en Men u (Menú) y , a continuación, elegir Connect via Bluetooth (Conectar por Bluetooth) .
22 Instalar teléfono o PD A Nokia P ara sincronizar una unidad PD A o un teléf ono Nokia con el equipo mediante la tecnología Bluetooth, es necesario el software Nokia PC Suite .
