3 To prevent potential hazard to the user and damage to the appliance, do not use appliance as a space heater to heat or warm a room. Also, do not use the oven as a storage area for food or cooking utensils. NEVER use aluminum foil to cover an oven rack or oven bottom.
4 C AUTI O N Before self-cleaning the oven, remove the oven racks, broiler pan, food and any other utensils. Wipe spillovers to prevent excessive smoke and flare-ups. Do not clean door gasket. The door gasket is essential for a good seal. Care should be taken not to rub, damage, or move the gasket.
5 Jenn-Air’s ventilation system is designed to capture both cooking fumes and smoke from the cooktop surface. If the system does not, here are some ducting installation situations to check: • 6” diameter round or 3 1 / 4 ” x 10” rectangular ducting should be used for duct lengths 10’-60’.
6 3. Select CONTINUE using the Quickset pad. The Quickset pads are located on either side of the control panel dsplay. 4. Set LIGHT soil level by entering 200 using the number pads for two hours of cleaning time. Press the Enter pad. OR Select MEDIUM for a moderately soiled oven and three hours of cleaning time.
7 PART PROCEDURE C AUTI O N Cleaning P r ocedur es • Be sure appliance is off and all parts are cool before handling or cleaning. This is to avoid damage and possible burns. • To prevent staining or discoloration, clean appliance after each use. • If a part is removed, be sure it is correctly replaced.

9 C AUTI O N Ov en Door NEVER place excessive weight on or stand on an open oven door. This could cause the range to tip over, break the door, or injure the user. • NEVER attempt to open or close door or operate oven until door is properly replaced.
10 T R O U B LE S H O O TI N G For most concerns, try these first. • Check if oven controls have been properly set. • Check to be sure plug is securely inserted into receptacle. • Check or re-set circuit breaker. Check or replace fuse. • Check power supply.
11 PROBLEM SOLUTION Oven will not self-clean. • Check to make sure the cycle is not set for a delayed start. See pg. 6. • Check if door is closed. • Check if control is in Sabbath Mode. See pg. 31. • Oven may be over 400 ° F. Oven temperature must be below 400 ° F to program a clean cycle.
12 S URF A CE C OOKI NG Surf ace Contr ols Pilotless Ignition Pilotless ignition eliminates the need for a constant standing pilot light. Each surface burner has a spark ignitor. Use care when cleaning around the surface burner. If the surface burner does not light, check if ignitor is broken, soiled or wet.
13 Cooktop Notes: • A properly adjusted burner with clean ports will light within a few seconds. If using natural gas, the flame will be blue with a deeper blue inner cone. If the burner flame is yellow or is noisy, the air/gas mixture may be incorrect.
14 To install Sealed Burner Cartridge: 1. Be sure control knobs are turned OFF . 2. If the grill burner and grill grates are in place, remove before installing a burner cartridge. Clean basin of any grease accumulation. (See page 8 for cleaning recommendations.
FILTER Grilling T ips • Be sure to follow directions for using the grill. • Suggested cooking times and control settings (see page 16) are approximate due to variations in the foods and electrical voltage. • For best results, buy top grade meat.
Preheat grill on High 5 minutes for best flavor. FOODS SETTING COOKING TIME PROCEDURE Steak (1 - 1 1 / 4 ” thick): Rare High 14 to 24 minutes Turn after 7 to 12 minutes. Medium High 18 to 30 minutes Turn after 9 to 15 minutes. Well High 24 to 34 minutes Turn after 12 to 17 minutes.

18 Activating and canceling the clock/day of week display: 1. Press Setup pad. 2. Select CLOCK . 3. Press the arrow to scroll until DISABLE is displayed. 4. Select DISABLE . 5. Select TIME . 6. Select OFF to turn the clock display off , or select ON to turn the clock display on .
19 Notes: • If more than thirty seconds elapse between pressing a pad and pressing a number pad, the display will return to the previous display. • Whenever the temperature appears in the display, the oven is heating.
20 Conv ect Bake To set Convect Bake: 1. Press the Convect pad. 2. Select CNVT BAKE using the Quickset pads. Conv ect Convection uses a fan to circulate hot air evenly over, under and around the food.
21 Conv ect Roast To set Convect Roast: 1. Place food in the oven. 2. Press the Convect pad. 3. Select CNVT ROAST using the Quickset pads. OR Enter the desired temperature using the number pads. Press Enter pad to set. • The temperature can be set from 170 ° F to 550 ° F degrees in 5 ° increments.
22 5. Place food in the oven and close the door to the broil stop position. 6. Press the CANCEL pad when broiling is done. Br oil For optimal results, preheat for five minutes with the door closed and use a pan designed for broiling. Oven door should be open to the broil stop position (about 4 inches) when broiling.
23 Ov en Racks Three standard flat racks were packaged for the oven. To remove: 1. Pull forward to the “stop” position. 2. Lift up on the front of the rack and pull out. To replace: 1. Place rack on the rack support in the oven. 2. Tilt the front end up slightly; slide rack back until it clears the lock-stop position.
24 O PT IONS Mor e Options Cook & Hold 1. Press the More Options pad. 2. Select COOK/HOLD . 5. The display will show CONVECT DELAY, the selected function, the preset temperature and the delay time countdown. When the delay time has expired, the cook time will be displayed and the oven will begin to preheat.
25 Notes: • Food should be hot when placed in oven. • For optimal food quality, foods should be kept warm for no longer than 1 hour. • To keep foods from drying, cover loosely with foil or a glass lid. 4. Select one of the displayed temperatures or enter desired temperature using the number pads.

29 F A VO R ITE S F av orites Favorites stores the oven mode, cook time and temperature for up to 10 of your favorite recipes. Convection ovens come with five preprogrammed recipes. To select a recipe from the preset Recipe List: 1. Press Favorites pad.
30 S ETU P Setup 1. Press the Setup pad. 2. Use the arrow to scroll through the Setup options. 3. Select the desired option by pressing the Quickset pads. Note: To back out of a screen without making any changes, press the Setup pad. The display will return to the time of day.
31 Sabbath Mode The oven is set to shut off after 12 hours if you accidentally leave it on. The Sabbath Mode overrides the 12-hour shut-off and can either be set to come on automatically or can be set manually as desired. Only Bake or Cook/Hold Bake will operate when the oven is in Sabbath Mode.
32 T ones (beeps) The number of beeps heard at the end of cooking and at the end of timer operation and their volume can be adjusted. To adjust the beeps: 1. Press Setup pad. 2. Use the arrow to scroll. 3. Select TONES . To change the beeps at the end of cooking: 1.

Programmation de l’autonettoyage : 1. Appuyez sur la touche Clean (Nettoyage). 2. ENLEVER GRILLE sera affiché. Retirez les grilles. 3. Sélectionnez CONTINUER à l’aide de la touche rapide. Les touches r apides sont situées de chaque côté de l’afficheur du tableau de commande.
PIÈCE NETTOYAGE A TTE NTI ON T echniques de nettoyage • Assurez-vous qu’aucune partie de la cuisinière n’est allumée ou chaude avant de la manipuler ou de la nettoyer. Ceci permettra d’éviter brûlures et dégâts. • Pour éviter la formation de taches ou une décoloration, nettoyez l’appareil après chaque utilisation.
44 PIÈCE NETTOYAGE Hublot et • Évitez d’utiliser trop d’eau, car elle risquerait de s’infiltrer sous ou derrière le verre, causant ainsi des taches sur le hublot. porte – Verre • Lavez à l’eau et au savon. Rincez à l’eau claire et séchez.

Déplacement d’un appar eil à gaz Les raccords des appareils à gaz utilisés sur cet appareil ne sont pas conçus pour des déplacements fréquents. Une fois l’appareil installé, NE le déplacez PAS de façon répétée pour le nettoyer ou le changer de place.
PROBLÈME SOLUTION Les aliments ne grillent pas • Vérifiez la position des grilles. Les aliments sont peut-être trop proches du brûleur. correctement ou dégagent • Le papier d’aluminium a été mal utilisé. Ne garnissez jamais la grille de la lèchefrite avec beaucoup de fumée.
Codes d’anomalie • Le four peut déceler une anomalie lors de la programmation ou du fonctionnement. En cas d’anomalie, le message DEFAUT DETECTE – APPUYEZ ENTER POUR REESSAYER peuvent apparaître.
Boutons de commande de la surf ace de cuisson Utilisez ces boutons pour commander l’allumage des brûleurs de surface. Vous disposez d’un choix infini de réglages de puissance entre les positions LOW et HIGH. Vous pouvez mettre les boutons sur ces deux positions ou à tout autre endroit.
Remar ques : • Un brûleur convenablement réglé et dont les orifices sont propres s’allume en quelques secondes. Lors de l’alimentation au gaz naturel, les flammes sont bleues, avec un cône interne bleu intense. Si les flammes d’un brûleur sont jaunes ou si la combustion est bruyante, le ratio air/gaz peut être incorrect.
Système de v entilation Le système de ventilation incorporé retire les vapeurs de cuisine, les odeurs et la fumée émanant de la nourriture préparée sur la table de cuisson et le gril.
• Filtre : Arrêtez le ventilateur avant de retirer le filtre. Ce filtre est permanent et doit être nettoyé lorsqu’il est sale. Nettoyez-le dans l’évier avec de l’eau tiède et du détergent, ou au lave-vaisselle. IMPORTANT : NE FAITES PAS FONCTIONNER LE VENTILATEUR SANS LE FILTRE.

59 Remarques : • Pour la cuisson avec convection sur deux ou trois grilles, vérifiez les aliments à la durée minimale suggérée pour éviter de trop cuire ou de trop brunir. • Ne couvrez pas toute la surface d’une grille ou la sole du four avec du papier d’aluminium.

Remarques : • Pour la pâte qui nécessite une seule levée, les deux méthodes (normale ou rapide) peuvent être utilisées. • Si vous utilisez de la pâte à pain surgelée, choisissez la FERMENTATION RAPIDE . Il n’est pas nécessaire de décongeler la pâte avant la fermentation.
• Après 10 secondes, l’afficheur indique la température actuelle du four et la température actuelle de la sonde. 9. Lorsque l’aliment atteint la température interne choisie, le four s’éteint et un signal sonore retentit. 10. Débranchez la sonde de la prise du four.

Cubierta Notas: • Un quemador ajustado de manera correcta y con orificios limpios se encenderá al cabo de pocos segundos. Si está usando gas natural, la llama será azul con un cono interno azul oscuro. Si la llama del quemador es amarilla y ruidosa, la mezcla aire/gas puede ser incorrecta.
