9 Steam Ironing When filling the iron with w ater , ensure that the iron is unplugged. Set the Steam Control to the DR Y position and holding the iron at an angle use the w ater cup supplied to fill the water tank. Nev er exceed the maxim um w ater lev el as indicated (MAX) on the side of the w ater tank.

When the iron is left in the upright position it will shut of f in approxim ately 8 minutes, f ollowed b y six beeps . 12 Care and Cleaning T o ensure your ir on maintains optim um perf or mance it is recommended that it be cleaned using the Self-Clean function to remo ve scale or impurities. • Set the steam selector to the DRY position. • Fill the water tank up to the maxim um level (MAX) with the w ater cup supplied.
