12 Check and A djust the Burne rs The bur ners are test ed and factory -set for most efficient oper ation. However , variations in gas sup ply and other condi tions may make minor adjustments to ai r s hutter or low flam e se tting necessary . It is recommended that a qualif ied person make b urner adjustment s.

The valve is open when th e handle is paral lel to th e gas pipe. 2. For outdoor grills us ing a 20 lb LP gas fuel tank : Slowly open the t ank valv e.
15 Using Y our Rotisserie For best cooking re sults, do not use main grill burners when using the roti sserie. The rotisserie s ystem is designed to cook food from the rear using inten se, searin g infrared heat. NOTE : T o avoid product damage wh en not using the roti sserie, rem ove motor and store in doors.

17 ROTISSERIE CHART Use a p ortabl e meat t hermometer t o check inter nal d oneness of the food. T ur n off rotisserie bur ner when meat thermometer reads 5°F/3°C lower than de sired inter nal temp erature. Continue rotati ng, hood closed, for 10 minutes b efore carving.

21 GRIL L GRA T ES IMPORT AN T : Do not use a steel or fiber scraper on grill grates. Immediately af ter you are finished cooking, loosen food soi l with a brass bristl e brush. T urn all bur ners to HI for 10 -15 minutes with the hood closed to burn off food soil.

35 Réglage po ur le débit the rmique mi nimum Si le brûleu r s'étei nt lor squ 'il est réglé pour le dé bit t her mique minimum ( position LO) , on doit ef fectuer u n réglage par ticulier . 1. Fermer le robinet et la isser le gril et les brûleurs refroid ir complètement.
36 Utilisation du gril d'extérieur Préparation de la so urce de gaz 1. Ouvrir complèt emen t le capo t. Ne pas allumer les brûleurs lorsque le capot est fermé. 2. Vérifier que les boutons de commande s ont à la position OFF (arrêt). Il faut que le plateau d'égoutteme nt soit en place e t complètement enfoncé.
37 Allumage manuel du brûleur principal du gril et du brûleur à infrarouge 1. Ne pas se p enche r au-dess us du gr il. 2. Ôter le port e-allumette (voir l'illustrati on suivante) et fixer u ne allumette s ur la boucle. 3. Frotter l'allu mette pour l 'al lumer .
38 Utilisation : 1. Retirer le plateau de réch auffage. 2. Monte r le moteur d u tournebr oche su r la bride de montag e du tournebr oche. Le positionner fermement dans l es encoches d e la bride de s upport. Br ancher la pri se à une broc he dans le moteur du t ournebroche .
39 Allumage manuel d u brûleur du tournebroche IMPORT ANT : Si le br ûleur du t ournebroc he ne s'allu me pas immédiatement, tourner le bou ton de commande du brûleur du tournebr oche à OFF (a rrêt) et attendr e 5 minutes avant d 'allumer de nouveau.
40 T ABLEAU D'U TILISA TION DU TO URNEBRO CHE Utiliser un t hermomètre à vian de portatif pour vérifier la cui sson inter ne de l' aliment . Éteindre le brûl eur du tour nebroche lors que le th ermomètre à viande ind ique 5°F/3° C de moins que la t empératu re inter ne désirée.
