14 T u rn the Gas Supply On 1. For outdoor grills using gas supply sour ce other than 20 lb LP gas fuel tank: Open the manua l shutoff valve in t he gas supp ly lin e. The valve is open when th e handle is paral lel to th e gas pipe. 2. For outdoor grills us ing a 20 lb LP gas fu el tank: Slowly open the t ank valv e.
15 Using Y our Rotisserie For best cooking re sults, do not use main grill burners when using the roti sserie. The rotisserie s ystem is designed to cook food from the r ear using inten se, searin g infrared heat. NOTE : T o avoid pr oduct damage when not using the r ot isserie, rem ove motor and stor e indoors.
16 4. Gently hold the lit match close t o the rotiss erie bur ner . 5. Push i n and turn the con tr ol knob to LI TE/HI. Hold t his knob in for 1 0 seconds af ter the burner is lit. Surface Ignition T ype Bur ners: Y ou will se e the ignite r glow until after the knob is released.

36 Utilisation du gril d'extérieur Préparation de la source de gaz 1. Ouvrir complèt ement le capo t. Ne pas allumer les brûleurs lorsque le capot est fermé. 2. Vérifier que les boutons de commande so nt à la position OFF (arrêt). Il faut que le plateau d'égoutteme nt soit en place e t complètement enfoncé.
