4 Direct Output ( 1 ) This XLR jack is used to connect the amplifier to a mixer or other line level amplifier . The output for this jack is post EQ, so the EQ setting will be reflected on this output. CD/T ape Input ( 2 ) This stereo 1/4” jack will allow you to plug in a CD player or other line level source into the amplifier .
5 Back Panel: External Speaker Jack ( A ) This 1/4” jack is used to connect an external speaker cabinet to the amplifier . Note: Connecting a speaker cabinet into this jack will defeat the internal speaker . Line Output Jack ( B ) This 1/4” jack is used to connect the amplifier to another line level piece of equipment, such as a mixer .
