5 ELECTRONIC OVEN CONTROLS This manual covers differ ent models. The ov en you have purchased may ha ve some or all of the items listed. The locations and appearances of th e items shown her e may not match those of your model. The oven’ s controls are accessed thr ough its control panel.
6 Kitchen Timer The Kitchen Timer can be set in hours or minutes up to 9 hours and 59 minutes, and counts down the set time. The Kitchen Timer does not start or stop the oven. To S e t : 1. Press KITCHEN TIMER. “Set TIMER” will scroll down the text display area, and the clock will display “--:--.
7 Clock The clock can be set to display time in a 12-hour or 24-hour format. The clock is factory pres et for the 12-hour format. T o Change the Clock to 24-Hour Format: 1. Press SETTINGS seven times. “12/24 HOUR” and “12HR. Press 1 for 24HR” will appear in the display text area.
8 For double ovens: 1. Press SETTINGS 12 times. “TEMP CALIB” and “UPPER CALIBRA TE. Press ST ART or Press 1 for Lower calibrate” will appear in the text area. 2. Press the “1” number keypad to toggle between upper and lower oven calibration.
9 Rack positions and pan placement of layer cakes for 30" (76.2 cm) and 27" (68.6 cm) Non-Convection ovens For best re sults when baking laye r cake s on 2 racks, use racks 2 and 5 in the si ngle or upper oven. Plac e the cakes on the racks as shown.
10 Baking Before baking, position racks according to the “Positioning Racks and Bakeware” section. T o Bake: 1. Press BAKE for the desir ed oven. “BAKE” will scroll in the text ar ea, and 350°F (177°C) will be displayed. “Set temp or Press ST ART” will scroll in the text area.
11 BROILING CHART For best results, follow the chart bel ow . For diagram, see th e “Positioning Racks and Bakeware” section. A temperature setting of 550°F (2 88°C) is recommended for most foods.
12 Automatic Shutoff/Sabbath Mode The oven control is set to automatically shut off the oven 12 hours after th e oven is turned on. This featur e can be turned off by using the Sabbath Mode. ■ 12 Hour Shutoff Mode is disabl ed during an active Sabbath Mode.
13 Cook & Hold Cook & Hold allows the oven to be set to cook for a set length of time, followed by a 1-hour Keep Warm cycl e. Delay Cook & Hold allows the oven to be set to start cooking after a length of time you set, cook for a set length of time, followed by a 1-hour Keep Warm cycl e.
14 How the Cycle W orks IMPORT ANT : The heating and cooling of porcelain on steel in the oven may result in discoloring, lo ss of gloss, hairline cracks and popping sounds. The Self-Cleaning cycle us es very high temperatures, burning soil to a powdery ash.
15 OVEN CA VITY Do not use oven cleaners. Food spills should be cleaned when oven cools. At high temperatures, foods r eact with po rcelain and staining, etching, pitting or faint white spots can r esult. Cleaning Method: ■ Self-Clean c ycle: See “Self-Cleaning Cycle” section first.

24 Minuterie de cuisine La minuterie de cuisine peut ê tre réglée en heures ou en minu tes jusqu’à concurrence de 9 heures et 59 minutes, et procède à un compte à rebours de la durée réglée. La minuterie de cuisi ne ne met pas en marche le four et ne l'éteint pas.
25 Horloge L ’horloge peut être réglée pour afficher l’heure selon un format de 12 heures ou de 24 heures. L ’horloge est ré glée à l’usine sur un format de 12 heures. Pour faire passer l'horloge au format de 24 heures : 1. Appuyer sept fois sur SETTINGS (réglages).

30 Arrêt automatique/Mode Sabbat Le module de commande du four est réglé pou r éteindre le four automatiquement 12 heures après l'allumage du four .
