4 Mobile home inst allations require: ■ When th is range is install ed in a mo bile home, it must b e secured to the floor during transit. Any method of securing the range is adequ ate as long as it conforms to the stand ar ds listed above.
5 Electrical Requirements IMPORT AN T : The range must be electrically grounded in accordance with local codes and or dinances , or in the absence of local codes , with the Nation al Electrical Code, ANSI/NFP A 7 0 or Canadian Electrical Code, CSA C22.
6 Gas Supply Line ■ Provid e a gas supply line of ¾" (1.9 cm) rigid pipe to the range locati on. A smaller size pipe on lon ger runs may r esult in insu ffic ient gas supply . With LP gas, p iping or tubi ng size can be ½" (1.3 cm) mi nimum.
7 INSTALLATION I NSTR UCTIONS Unpack R ange 1. Remove shipping materials , tape and film fr om the range. Keep cardboard bottom unde r range. 2. Remove oven racks a nd parts package from inside oven. 3. T o place range on its back, take 4 cardboard corners from the carton.
8 W all Mountin g 5. Using a Phillip s scr ewdriver , moun t anti-ti p bracke t to the wa ll or floor with the two #1 2 x 1 ⁵⁄₈ " screws pr ovided.
9 Complete connection 1. Open the manua l shutoff valve in the gas su pply line . The valve is open when the ha ndle is paralle l to the gas pip e. 2. T est all connections by brushing on an approved noncorrosive l eak-detection solution. If bubbles a ppear , a leak is in dicated.
10 Adjust Flame Height Adj ust t he he igh t of t op burn er flam es. Th e co okto p “LO ” bu rner flame should b e a steady blue fla me approximately ¼" (0 .64 cm) high . T o adjust standard bu r ners: The flame can b e adjusted usi ng the adjustme nt screw in the center of th e valve stem.
11 Comple te Installatio n 1. Check that all parts are now installed . If there is an extra part, go back t hrough the ste ps to see wh ich step wa s skippe d. 2. Check t hat you ha ve all of y our tools. 3. Dispose of/recycle all p ackaging materials.
12 G AS CON V ER SIONS Gas conversions fr om Natural gas to LP gas or from L P gas to Natu ral gas mus t be don e by a qualifi ed inst aller . LP Gas Con version 1. T u rn manual shutoff valve to th e closed position. 2. Unplug range or discon nect power .
13 T o Con ver t Ove n Ba ke B urner s T o Convert Lower Oven Bake Burner: 1. Remove oven racks from insid e the oven cavity . 2. Remove oven door . See “Oven Door” se ction in the Use and Care Guid e for oven door re moval instructions. 3. Push the b ake burner cove r to the right.
14 11. Position the oven bake burner over the orifice hood and reinstal l using screw. T o Convert Upper Oven Bake Burner 12. Repeat steps 1 through 8 above for conversi on of the upper oven bak e burner . 13. Remove the N umber 0.055 Natural gas orifice sp ud in th e upper oven and replace wit h a Number 0.
15 T o Convert Surface Bur ners 1. If th e bu rner g rate s ar e ins tall ed, r emove t hem. 2. Remove the bu rner caps. 3. Using a Phillip s or T orx ® screwd rive r , remove the bu rner base . 4. Apply m asking ta pe to the end of a ⁹⁄ ₃₂ " (7.
16 T o Convert Gas Pr essure Regulator 1. Locate ga s pressur e regulator at the rear of the range. IMPORT AN T : Do n ot remove th e gas pressure regula tor . 2. Unscrew the regulator cap an d remove the plastic cove r . 3. Flip the regulator ca p over and replace the pl astic cover .
17 8. Unscrew and remove the cover over the orifice. 9. T ur n the Number 0.044 LP gas orifice hood counterclockwise to remove . 10. Install the Number 0.070 Natural gas orifice hood, turning it clockwise 4 or 5 turns. Do not overtighten. 11. Position the oven bake burner ov er the orifice hood and reinstal l using screw.
18 3. T ur n t he green Num ber 0.037 LP gas broil b urner orifice hood counterclockwise t o remove. 4. Install t he Number 0.054 Natu ral gas broil bur ner orifice hood, turning it clockwise 4 or 5 turns. Do not overtight en. 5. Place the broil bu rner on the broil bur ner orifice hood.

26 INSTR UCTIONS D 'INSTALLATION Déballage de la cuisinière 1. Ôter les matériau x d'emballage, le ruban adhésif et le fi lm de la cu isiniè re. La isser la base de c arton sous la cuisin ière. 2. Retirer les grilles de fou r et le sachet de pi èces de l'intérieur du four .
27 Installation de la brid e antibasculement 1. Retir er la bride anti bascule ment situ ée dans le four supérie ur avec l'en semble de documen ts d'inst allation. 2. Déterminer l a méthode de montage à uti liser : au plancher ou au mur .
28 3. Utiliser une cl é mixte de ¹⁵⁄₁₆ " et une pi nce multip ris e pou r fixer le raccord flexibl e sur les adaptat eurs. S'assurer que le raccord n'est pas déformé.
29 Réglage de l'a plomb de la cuisinière 1. Placer la grille d ans le f our . 2. Placer un nive au sur la g rille et contr ôler l'ap lomb de la cuisin ière, d'abord transve rsalement, pui s dans le sens avant/ arr ièr e.
30 Si les brûleurs ne s'allument pas correctement : ■ Appuyer sur OFF/CANCE L (arrêt/annulati on) pour éteindr e le four . ■ Vérifier que l a cuisinière est bran chée, que le disj oncteur ne s'est p as déclenché, et qu'aucun fusi ble du domicile n 'a grillé .
31 CON V ER SIO NS POUR CHANG EMENT DE G AZ Les conversions pour changement de gaz naturel à propane ou de propane à gaz naturel doivent être effectuées par un insta llateur qualifi é. Con versi on pour l'alimentation au pr opane 1. Fermer le ro binet d'arrêt manuel.
32 Conversion du détendeur 1. Localis er le détendeu r situ é à l'arrière de la cuisin ière. IMPORT AN T : Ne pas enlever l e détendeur . 2. Dévisser le chapeau du déten deur et retirer le capuchon en plasti que. 3. Retour ner le chapeau du dét endeur et remettre le capuchon en pl astiqu e en place.
33 8. Dévisser et ret ir er le couvercle si tué sur le gicleur . 9. T ourner l'inj ecteur femelle pour gaz na turel nu méro 0 .070 dans le sens an tihorair e pour l e reti rer . 10. Inst aller l'inj ecteur femelle pour gaz propane numéro 0.
34 3. T ourner l'in jecteur feme lle du b rûleur p our gaz natu rel numér o 0.054 d ans le se ns antihor aire pour le r etir er . 4. Installe r l'inject eur femelle vert d u brûleur de cuis son au gril pour gaz pr opane nu méro 0 .037 en le tournant dans le s ens horaire de 4 ou 5 tours.
35 11. Ac hever l’install ation. V o ir les secti ons “Raccordement au gaz” et “Système d’all umage électronique”. Il est très important de vérifi er l’établis sement de flammes correctes sur les brûl eurs de la tabl e de cuisson.
36 3. Pousser le couvercle du brûl eur de cuisson au four v ers la droite. 4. Soulever le cou vercle de brûleur de cuisson au four pour le re ti re r . 5. Dévisser l' écrou à or eille s et r etirer le déflec teur du four . 6. Retirer la vis du brûl eur de cuisson au four et la mettre de côté.
37 11. Positionne r le brûle ur de cuis son au four par dess us l'in jecteur f emelle et le réin stalle r à l'ai de de la vis. Conversion du brûleur de cuisson au fou r - four supéri eur 12. Répét er les étapes 1 à 8 ci-dessus pour la conversion du brûl eur de cu isso n au four du fo ur s upér ieur .
38 Conversion des brûleurs d e surface 1. Enlev er les grilles de brûleur si elle s sont insta llées. 2. Ôter les chap eaux de brûleurs. 3. Av ec un to urnevis Phi llips ou T orx ® , enlever la base du brûle ur .
