30 • Getting Started 3.1 CPU Installation The cPCI - 6760DK/P5 CPU module supports an Intel BGA2 Low Power Pentium - III processor at 500MHz with a 100 MHz fron t side bus (FSB) frequency. The CPU on the cPCI - 6760DK/P5 series products is soldered on the PCB (printed circuit board) in the factory.
