2 1 Safety and usage instructions THE DISHWASHER IS INTENDED EXCLUSIVELY FOR PROFESSIONAL USE AND MUST BE USED BY COMPETENT PERSONNEL. IT IS DESIGNED TO WASH DISHES (P LATES, CUPS, BOWLS, BAKING PANS, SILVERWARE) AND SIMILAR ITEMS FROM THE GASTRONOMY AND THE COLLECTIVE RESTAURANT INDUSTRIES.

18 In case of particularly heavy usage it is recom mended to pe rform a cleaning of the filter every 30-40 wash cycles i n order to maintain the ma chine in operative conditions; Us e “partial Tank drainin g” in order to perform these cleanings.
