INSTRUCTIONS FOR SA FE AND PR OPER USE THIS MANUAL IS AN INTEGRAL PART OF THE APPLIANCE AND THEREFORE MUST BE KEPT IN ITS ENTIRETY AND IN A N ACCESSIBLE PLACE FOR THE WHOLE WORKING LIFE OF THE OVEN. Instructions for the installer 6 2. INST ALLA TION 2.1 Electrical connection Check that the mains vo ltage and power cable ratings are as per th e information provided on the label attach ed to the oven door frame.
Instructions for the installer 2.2 Installing the oven The oven is designed for installation into any piece of fur niture as long as it is heat-resistant. Procee d according to the dimensions shown in Figures 1 , 2 and 3 . For installing u nder a work top, follow the dimensions given in Figure 3 .
Instructions for the user 8 3. DESCRIPTION OF CONTROLS 3.1 Front control panel All the oven controls are grou ped together o n the front panel. Before using the oven check that the electr onic programmer is showing the symbol (see paragraph “3.2 Electronic programmer”.
Instructions for the user The user has only to press the central key for 1 - 2 seconds to enable use of the oven on first use or after a power blackout. THERMOSTAT CONTROL KNOB Cooking temperature is selected by turning the knob clockwise to the desire d setting, between 50 ° and 250 °C.
Instructions for the user 10 MINUTE COUNTER KNOB Turn the knob clockwise to the desired time. Time is expressed in minutes (maximum 55 minutes). Adjustment is continuous so that intermediate times between markings can also be set. Alarm activat ion at end of pre-set time does not turn off the oven (no end of cooking).

Instructions for the user 18 4. USE OF THE O VEN 4.1 Warnings and general advice Before using the oven for the first time, pre-heat it to maximum temperature ( 250 ° C) long enough to burn any manufacturing oily residues which could give the food a b ad taste.

Chrome shelf: useful for holding cooking vessels. Grill mesh: for placing above grill pa n to allow juices to drip into pan below .
Instructions for the user 20 6. COOKING HINTS In fan-assisted mode preheating should be carried o ut at 30/40°C above the cooking temperature. This consider ably shortens c ooking times and reduces power consumption, as well as giving better cooking results.
Instructions for the user 6.3 Grill cooking FUNCTION SWITCH THERMOSTAT SWITCH . Permits rapid browning of foods. You are advised to plac e the pan in the highest position. When cook ing small items for a short time th e pan should be in the high est position.
