4 CONTROL P ANEL AND FEA TURES 7 6 3 Not all features and cycles ar e available on all models. POWER T ouch to turn the washer on and off. T ouch to stop/cancel a cycle at any time. WASH CYCLE KNOB Use your W ash Cycle knob to select available cycles on your washer .
5 5 8 Soil Soil level (wash time) is preset for each wash cycle. When you change the soil setting, the cycle time will increase or decrease in the Estimated Time Remaining display . For most loads, use the soil level that is preset with the cycle you have chosen.
6 Cycle Status Lights The Cycle Status Lights show the progr ess of a cycle. At each stage of the process, you may notice sounds or pauses that ar e differ ent from traditional washers. Precision Dispense This will be lit when the washer is on with the dispenser drawer closed and the cartridge in place.
7 Adding HE detergent to dispenser Powdered detergent: Add directly to the compartment. Place a measured amount of deter gent in the powdered HE deter gent compartment.
8 CYCLE GUIDE Normally soiled cottons, Normal Extra Hot Extra Fast Extra Heavy Steam Clean** This cycle combines medium-speed linens, sheets, and Hot Fast Heavy Fan Dry tumbling and an extra-fast-speed mixed garment loads W arm Medium Normal Extra Rinse spin.
9 No clothes in washer Clean W asher Use this cycle every 30 washes with affr esh ® to keep the inside of your washer fresh and clean. This cycle uses a higher water level. Use with affr esh ® washer cleaner tablet or liquid chlorine bleach to thoroughly clean the inside of your washer .
10 USING YOUR W ASHER Sort items by recommended cycle, water temperatur e, and colorfastness. Separate heavily soiled items from lightly soiled. Separate delicate items from stur dy fabrics. T reat stains promptly and check for colorfastness by testing stain remover pr oducts on an inside seam.
11 Select deter gent dispenser , based on type of HE detergent used (either liquid or powdered). See “Using the Pr ecision Dispense Drawer” instructions on how to use the dispenser . 4. Cancellation of Clean W asher Cycle Operation: If the Clean W asher cycle is canceled by the user after it has been initiated, it may take up to 30 minutes for the washer to pur ge any affr esh ® Cleaner , chlorine bleach, or other chemistry from the wash system and to adequately rinse any remaining chemistry .
16 Operate your washer only when you are home. If moving, or not using your washer for a period of time, follow these steps: 1. Unplug or disconnect power to washer . 2. T ur n off water supply to washer to avoid ooding due to water pressur e sur ges.

40 ENTRETIEN DE LA LA VEUSE (suite) Nettoyage de la cartouche precision dispense Il est recommandé de rincer la cartouche distribution de précision lorsqu’on change de type ou de concentration de déter gent, ou si l’on n’utilise pas la laveuse pendant une période prolongée.
41 Les déter gents HE liquides disponibles de nos jours sont concentrés. La plupart des mar ques de déter gents HE concentrés indiquent le niveau de concentration sur le acon.
