6 Settings Fahre nheit and Celsius The temperature is factory preset to Fahrenheit but can be changed to Celsius. 1. Press SETTINGS twice. “TEMP UNIT” and “F AHRENHEIT . Press (1) for CELSIUS” will appe ar in the display text a rea. 2. Press the T emp/Time “1” keypad to change the temperature unit.
7 12-Hour Auto Off The oven control is factory preset to automatically shut off the oven 12 hours after the oven turns on. This will not interfere with any timed or delaye d cook function. T o Cancel 12-Hour Auto Off: 1. Press SETTINGS 10 times. “12Hr AUTO_OFF” and “ON.
8 OVEN USE Odors and smoke ar e normal when the oven is used the first few times, or when it is heavily soiled. IMPORT ANT : The health of some birds is extremely sensitive to the fumes given off. Exposure to the fumes may result in death to certain birds.
9 Rack positions and pan placement for layer cakes in 27" (68.6 cm) Convection and Non-Convection ovens For best re sults when baking laye r cakes on 2 racks, use racks 2 and 5. Place the cakes on the racks as sh own. Bakeware The bakeware material aff ects cooking re sults.
10 Bake Before baking, position racks according to the “Positioning Racks and Bakeware” section. T o Bake: 1. Press BAKE. “BAKE” and “Set temp or Press ST ART” will scroll in the text area, and 350°F (177°C) will be displaye d. 2. Press the T emp/Time keypad to enter the desir ed temperature.
11 BROILING CHART For best results, follow the chart below . For diagram, see the “Positioning Racks and Bakeware” section. A temperature setting of 550°F (2 88°C) is recommended for most foods. Fish fillets and bon e-in chicken pieces are best using 450°F (232°C).
12 Convection Baking (on some models) Use Convect Bake for single or multiple rack baking. When convection baking, reduce your recipe b aking temperature by 25°F (15°C). T o Set Convect Bake: 1. Press CONVECT once. “CONVE CT BAKE” and “Press Again or ST ART” will scr oll in the text area.
13 7. (Optional) If a Set S tart Time is desir ed, press ST ART TIME. Press the T emp/Time keypad to enter the desired time to delay the beginning of the cook ing cycle. “Press ST ART” will scroll in the text area. If a cooking time was not set, the control will prompt you to Se t Cooking Time.
14 OVEN CARE Self-Cleaning Cycle IMPORT ANT : The health of some birds is extremely sensitive to the fumes given off during the Self-Cleaning cycle. Exposu re to the fumes may result in death to certain birds. Always move birds to another closed and well-ventilated r oom.
15 Steam Clean (on so me mo del s) IMPORT ANT : Do not use oven cleaners or any other additives with Steam Clean. The Steam Clean feature is designed for light cle aning of the oven cavity bottom. Use the Steam Clean f eature as soon as possible after spills occur .
16 Oven Lig ht The oven’ s light is a standard 25-watt appliance bulb. Before r eplacing, make sure th e oven and cooktop are cool and the contr ol knobs are of f. T o Replace: 1. Disconnect power . 2. T urn the glass bulb cover in the back of the oven counterclockwise to r emove.

24 Réglage s Fahre nheit et Celsius La température est préréglée à l'usine pour un affichage en degrés Fahrenheit, mais on peut le permuter en degrés Celsius. 1. Appuyer deux fois sur SETTINGS (réglages). “UNITÉ TEMP” et “F AHRENHEIT .
25 Pour faire passer l'horloge au format de 24 heures : 1. Appuyer huit fois sur SETTINGS (réglages). “12/24 HEURES” et “12 HR. Appuyer sur 1 pour 24 Hr” appar aît dans la zone d'affichage texte. 2. Appuyer sur la touche “1” de T emp/Time (température/durée) pour modifier le réglage 12/24 heures.

28 Thermomètre à viande Pour les fours qui ne sont pas dotés de sonde thermométrique, utiliser un thermomètre à viande po ur déterminer si la cuisson de la viande, la volaille ou du poisson correspond au degré de cuisson souhaité. C'est la tempé rature interne qui indique le degré de cuisson et non l'apparenc e.
29 Cuisson au gril La cuisson au gril utilise la chaleur radiante directe pour cuire les aliments. Plus la te mpérature est basse, plus la cuisson est lente. Les morc eaux épais et de forme i rrégulièr e de vian de, de poisson et de volaille cuisent mieux à de s températures de cuisson au gril plus basses.
30 Cuisson par convection (sur certains mo dèles) Lors de la cuisson par con vection, le ventilat eur fait cir culer l'air chaud de façon uniforme dans le fou r . Le déplacement de l'air chaud autour des a liments peut accélérer la cuisson pa r la pénétration des surfac es extérieures fr oides.
31 Cuisson au gril par convection (sur certai ns modèles) Pour la cuisson au gril par convec tion, entrer la températur e de cuisson au gril normale. La porte doit êtr e fermée lors de la cuisson au gril par convection. Il n’est pas nécessaire de préchauffer le four pour la cuisson au gril par convection.
32 8. Pour les options BAKED FOODS (aliments cuits au four) et OTHERS (autre) uniquement : Le préchauffage commence et l'appareil émet un signal sonore lorsque le préchauf fage est terminé. Placer les aliments dans le four et fe rmer la porte.
33 Désactivation d'un mode Sabbat activé : Le mode Sabbat peut êtr e désact ivé à tout moment durant un mode Sabbat activé. 1. Appuyer sur SETTINGS (réglages), puis sur 7 pendant 5 secondes pour revenir à la cuisson a u four traditionnelle ou appuyer sur OFF (arrêt) pour éteindr e le(s) four(s).
34 Autonettoyage : 1. Fermer la porte du four . 2. Appuyer sur CLEAN MODES (modes de nettoyage). “RETIRER LES GRILLES” dé file dans la zone de texte du four sélectionné. 3. “Appuyer sur 1 pour le nettoyage à la vapeur” apparaît dans la zone d'affichage du four supérieur .
35 INTÉRIEUR DE LA PORTE DU FOUR Méthode de nettoyage : ■ Programme d'autonettoyage : Pour un nettoyage optimal de la porte, essuyer tout dépôt avec une éponge humid e avant de lancer le programme .
