7 Leaving the Battery Pack in the Char ger The charger and battery pack can be left connected with the red light glowing indefinitely . The charger will keep the battery pack fresh and fully charged. NOTE: A battery pack will slowly lose its charge when kept out of the charger .
8 Operating Instructions LED Status Indicator (Figure 3) The electronic indicator tracks the status and condition of the nailer . There are two basic indicators: • A flashing RED light indicates that the nailer has a jammed nail. • A permanent RED light indicates that the battery is low or out of power and needs to be charged.
9 Clearing a Jammed Nail (Figure 6) If a nail becomes jammed in the nosepiece, keep the tool pointed away from you and follow these instructions to clear: 1. Engage lock off. 2. Disconnect battery . 3. Release pusher from behind nails. 4. Pull up on latch then pull up to open front door .
