1 Introduction Congratulations on your purchase of this USB wireless RF ke yboard and mouse! This keyboard and mouse will fina lly free you of the constraints of your desktop by providing a wireless conn ection between your keyboard/mouse and your PC.
2 System Requirements ! Microsoft Windows 98, Windows ME, Windows 20 00 or Windows XP operating system ! Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.
3 Hardware Installation Slide Switch Setting Step 1: T ake the receiver and select channel CH1 or CH2 by using the slide switch on the side of the receiver . ( Remember your selection. ) CH1 CH2 Step 2: Connect the receiver to your PC by plugging in the receiver ’s USB plu g into your PC.
Step 4: Use the slide switch in the battery comp artment of the keyboard to select the same channel as the one selected in step 2 on the receiver . CH2 CH1 ID Button Step 5: T ake the mouse and make sure the batteries on the back are installed correctly .
ID Setting This wireless keyboard kit s contains 2 channels, an d each channel cont ains 256 sets ID. This extra ID-recognition function helps to protect again st interference from other RF key boards in the same environment. # The w ord CONNECT labels the ID button o n each unit.
2. When the recei ver ’ s connector is plugged in, the yellow re ceiver light will flash. Once the IDs of ke yboard, mouse and receiver are set, it will rem ain steadily lit. Please note that do not pre ss on any key when you set ID of keyboard, or the setting will fail.
4 Software Installation After finishing the ha rdware inst allation as descri bed in this manual and starting up your PC, you should be able to immediately t ake advantage of the wireless function of the wireless keyboard and mo use.
5 Using the Keyboard and Mouse 5.1 Using the Keyboard Besides the usual key s, this keyboard also has extra-d edicated keys, which provide the following ACPI, mu ltimedia and Internet functionality: $ ACPI Keys: Y our keyboard has the power man agement keys that are Power of f, Sleep, and W ake up three keys.
$ Multimedia Keys There is a row of multimedia key s on the top of keyboard. The function s are described as below: Help Display the help file on the screen. Shortcut Provide you to create an easy access to the documents and programs you use most often.

6 Troubleshooting If you are experiencing problem s with your keyboard or mouse plea se check the following: 1. T ake out the receiver ’ s connector and check the receiver’s plug for possible broken pins. If the plugs appear normal then reinsert the plugs on your PC.
